PetPumps, LLC is a product development and distribution company offering unique and highly affordable product lines. These products are marketed and sold using various direct shipping models, meaning they are purchased by and shipped directly to the end consumer.

PetPumps will be sharing information with four Royalty Strategic Partners about the royalty benefits available from our unique product line, particularly our nutraceutical micro-spray, through our three primary sales outlets.

Each Strategic Partner will be provided the following information:

For a capital contribution of $50,000 (U.S.) a single Royalty Strategic Partner would receive the following in-perpetuity royalties:

• Online Onetime or Subscription Sales

  • $1.00 per unit (a unit is a 8ml micros-pray bottle)

• ​Small bulk orders (i.e. Veterinarian's office) 50 to 100 Individual Units:

  • $0.50 per unit

• Large bulk orders (i.e. Amazon, PetSmart, Chewy.com) $0.05 - $0.20 per unit*

*The total per unit cost will be based on the overall quantity of each large order.

Note:

The following is an overview of how sales will originate with PetPumps:

• Online subscriptions - 80%

• Sales to Veterinarians - 15%

• Large order sales - 5%
